Dear Joy Partners,
By the time you receive this letter, Brother Huang and I will have been in China to do more musical keyboard training.
God has previously given us the opportunity to train 100 brothers and sisters from 60 churches in China. They have already learned how to play the keyboards and are currently serving in their churches. Thank the Lord for giving us the needed funds in March for that trip, but for this current trip we still need $3,500. We buy the keyboards in China. Each Casio keyboard costs $100, and we pay half of the cost while the local churches pay the other half. Of course, we still need funds for travel expenses. Would you or your church like to give one or more keyboards to the Chinese churches?
This is the fifth year of Joy Partners. The first two years consisted of a lot of preparation work, and then then John went to be with our Lord in 2002.
Even so, God is the one doing this ministry, and He opened up the door in China for us. Together we have already accomplished much:
- We are partially responsible for an orphanage's financial needs.
- We sponsor more than 50 poor children so that they can attend school.
- We produce and distribute many musical CDs to China.
- We have this website ministry
- We have our current keyboard and musical training ministry.
- Besides all this, we are working together with Singpetra Mission holding more than 100 evangelistic meetings in China and in the U.S.
So what's in store for the next five years? We plan to expand our audio products, website, keyboard & musical training, and also to help more children go to school. Of course, we will need your financial support
and prayers to accomplish this goal.
